Unlike spa and day centers, Heartland Plastic Surgery Center is a full-service reconstructive and cosmetic surgery practice.  We are centrally located at 320 East Carpenter Street between St. John’s Hospital and Memorial Hospital in Springfield.  Dr. Russell also performs surgery at Hopedale Hospital in Hopedale, Illinois, and Illini Community Hospital in Pittsfield, Illinois.
