Unlike spa and day centers, Heartland Plastic Surgery Center is a full-service reconstructive and cosmetic surgery practice. We are centrally located between St. John’s Hospital and Memorial Hospital in Springfield. Dr. Russell also performs surgery at Hopedale Hospital in Hopedale, Illinois, Illini Community Hospital in Pittsfield, Illinois, and at Saint Francis Hospital in Litchfield, Illinois.
